Accessories After The Fan!

PAPST's New Catalogue on Fan Accessories provides more options for individual cooling solutions.

A useful new 24 page colour catalogue from industry leader PAPST shows how innovative off-the-shelf accessories can help designers provide individual solutions for individual fan cooling requirements.

The new catalogue is split in to 6 main sections covering Finger Guards, Filters, EMI Filters, Fan Mounting Accessories, Connection Leads, and Thermal Management Systems.

The Finger Guards section covers both metal and plastic types for all ranges of PAPST fans, complete with drawings and dimensions and a selection chart by fan dimensions. Section 2 covers metal and plastic Air Filters and filters incorporating fingerguards. Section 3 describes EMI Filters including high efficiency filters which have minimal impact on fan airflow (typically under 1%). Section 4 covers Fan Mounting Accessories including selection tables and charts that make it easy to choose from PAPST's wide range. Section 4 describes Fan Mounting accessories including anti-vibration mounts to reduce potential resonance created by the fan rotation, while section 5 covers fan connection leads available in a choice of lengths for both AC and DC fans including daisy chain leads allowing multiple fans to be connected to one lead to simplify assembly.

Finally Section 6 covers Thermal Management Systems including the award winning System 5000 and modular System 3000 plus associated power supplies and monitor circuits applications ranging from the most basic requirements to complex system solutions offering speed control, monitoring, and alarms.
